OUR RETURN POLICY AT INDIC CREATION

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items should be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exceptions

  • Due to the delicate nature of our silk scarves and textiles, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process for Returns

  2. Explain the reason for your return and provide your order number.
  3. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for any items damaged during transit or found to be defective.
