Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

At Indic Creations, we strive to deliver your handcrafted Indian products to your American home as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer the following shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
2. Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
3. Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. For your convenience, we offer:

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
• Flat rate shipping of $7.99 for orders under $75

Expedited and Express Shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Currently, Indic Creations ships only within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature or size. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or are appropriately compensated.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.

Customs and Import Duties

As we currently ship only within the United States, there are no additional customs or import duties.
